Professional Locksmithing Program

Ashworth College offers comprehensive locksmith training designed to help you learn how to work with both manual and electric lock systems – for residences, vehicles, businesses and almost anything that can be locked. The course covers dozens of locks, keys and security devices by type, manufacturer, installation method, construction and function. Optional hands-on projects let you practice what you learn. We'll also show you how to set up an efficient workshop and start your own business. A typical locksmith course is comprised of 17 comprehensive lessons. They are easy to follow, yet challenging and stimulating at the same time. Each lesson begins with a subject matter preview and objectives, an introductory note from your instructor and a vocabulary builder of new words and terms.
