You'll distinguish yourself as a leader by examining the role in a variety of contexts, from emotional to political. Diagnose leadership problems and recommend appropriate solutions based on sound theoretical concepts and practitioner-level principles. You'll study personal power, interpersonal dynamics, social psychology, and decision making. You'll also learn the framework for promoting and developing ethical leadership in personal and organizational contexts.
