Bachelor of Science - Public Administration

The Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration program from Brookline College provides those interested in public service with an overview of available techniques and experience in applying these techniques to public policy decision making; it examines in depth the nature of public servants, the tools at their disposal, and various roles in public organizations. This program is designed to foster an understanding of the background and history of public administration as a discipline; to develop an understanding of organization theory; and to examine the design of organizations and the environment of the political subsystems in which administrators function. Successful completion of the Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration requires 121 credits to complete.
