Associate of Science in Criminal Justice

The Associate of Science Degree in Criminal Justice is a self-paced learning program that may be completed online. Study programs are not structured in semesters, quarters or terms, allowing students to begin their degree programs at any time during the year. The curriculum integrates sociology, corrections, ethics, juvenile justice, and the legal system to prepare graduates for employment in areas such as law enforcement, corrections and probation. The program refines a student's commitment to personal values and professional competence. Students must satisfy the following course requirements: 6 Major courses, 10 General Education Courses, and 4 General Elective Courses, for a total of 60 semester units of credit.
