The Bachelor of Science in Management degree provides a basic overview of the business world and the environment in which business operates. This program will examine modern marketing: the market, product and price systems; distribution structure, promotional activities; specifically, field marketing; planning and evaluation of the marketing effort. It also incorporates the theory and practice of business communications. The basic management functions are analyzed to provide a basic conceptual approach to management concentration on organization-al decision-making activities as they lead to and promote efficient and effective management. Students must satisfy the following course requirements: 10 Core Courses, 4 Major Specialization Courses, 14 General Education Courses and 14 General Elective Courses, for a total of 126 semester units of credit.
