CCU's MBA program is designed to equip a new generation of business leaders who want to set a higher standard for integrity, morality, and professionalism. The curriculum emphasizes leadership theory and practice and is designed to integrate faith into the knowledge and skills students gain in the program. Through experiential assignments and opportunities for practical application, students are challenged to relate biblical concepts to discussion topics ranging from accounting practices to business law to strategic marketing. Students will travel internationally and will learn how to develop best practices in group dynamics, human resource management, and mastering the teaching of adults and training for impact.

The MBA with an emphasis in Corporate Teaching is a hybrid degree that combines all the functions of business with best practices from the field of adult education in mastering the training of adults for maximum impact and effective group dynamics. The goal is to equip MBA graduates with leadership abilities that make them stand out in the workplace when pursuing a higher level management position, moving to a new industry, or starting a new business.
