In response to this growing need for knowledgeable, skilled professionals with a college degree in business administration and an interest in pursuing a future in property management, this program focuses on teaching students how to maintain satisfactory tenant relations and other managerial techniques for the real estate professional, review and address the fundamentals of commercial real estate investment and develop a comprehensive operational, marketing and cash flow plan. You can also learn to address the fundamentals of commercial real estate investment, understanding market influences, contracts and property portfolio management as well as justify and fund capital projects.
