Post-Bachelor's Teaching Certificate

The Post-Bachelor's Teaching Certificate program is designed for individuals who hold a Bachelor's degree and who seek to qualify for state teacher certification at the elementary or secondary level. This program is designed for career-changers as well as those who already serve as temporary, emergency, or substitute teachers and wish to earn a formal teaching credential. Drexel University's Pennsylvania Department of Education-approved programs certify students who already hold Bachelor's degrees to be teachers in Elementary Education or Secondary Education in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Earth and Space Science, General Science, Environmental Education, and/or Mathematics. This program is offered by Drexel's School of Education, ranked as one of America's Best Graduate Schools 2010 by U.S.News & World Report.
