The key to a successful organization is solid leadership which will ensure progress and long-term success. Gonzaga University's Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership is intended to meet the needs and schedules of working adults. The central objective of this online program is to provide an advanced degree which synthesizes knowledge from diverse fields into a focused yet flexible plan of study that is useful to leadership in all forms of social organization. Organizational Leadership students strive toward their career goals while enhancing the organizations and communities they serve. This degree is designed for the student whose professional goal is a generalist leadership position in corporate, government, not-for-profit, or community organizations. This master program consists of 36 semesters credits.
