International Peace and Conflict Resolution Executive Track

Offered By: Institute for International Multicultural Studies and Ethics

The International Peace and Conflict Resolution Executive Track is geared toward promoting peace, and developing professionals who advocate for peaceful conflict resolutions in the form of policy development, negotiations, or advocacy for issues in social justice. Students in this executive track will explore peace studies in the framework of theories, practices, and conflict resolutions, in order to provide emergency relief for humanitarian causes such as healthcare, food, housing, education, and other volatile situations. In addition, students have opportunity to gain practical experience through our academic journal- Journalism for Human Rights (JFHR), or by developing projects to aid in humanitarian causes at the International Human Rights Research and Global Peace Clinic.

This track consists of five courses, with each of the courses being seven days in length.
