Strategic Leadership and Human Rights Executive Track

In today's organizations, learning how to make good decisions and plan effectively is essential for organizational success. In this executive track, students will learn the SWOT Analysis, strategic planning methods and models, forecasting, goal setting, environmental scanning, implementation of organizational strategies and strategic management. Students will also discuss and compare strategic practices of global humanitarian organizations, and put into practice the SWOT analysis through case studies.

The programs at IMSE are a great vehicle for professional development for journalists, international attorneys, community leaders, and members of homeland security to just name a few. Our program offerings are accelerated in order to meet the needs of today's advocate, student, and professional. In addition with our accelerated programs, our students will find a unique educational format that is interactive, engaging, and dynamic in providing foundational learning and insights surrounding human rights.

General Admission: Students should have completed an associate's degree or 60 college credits from a U.S. accredited college and or CHEA recognized internationally accredited institution.

Criteria for professional with high school diploma or GED equivalent: Presently, we offer training for professionals with a high school diploma or GED equivalent if they work for a NGO or non-profit, military, state, or federal agency. Candidates that have also successful completed 3 years of non-profit volunteer service, with a high school diploma or GED are also welcome to apply.

This track consists of five courses, with each of the courses being seven days in length.
