The Master of Science in Management degree program with a concentration in Human Resources Management provides a foundation in business operations along with communication and human resources courses. It is more important than ever for organizations to respond to shifts in the market. Selecting, developing and retaining individuals that thrive on change can prepare companies for the future. As a result human resource managers are involved in any number of critical organizational functions such as hiring, training, developing policies and procedures, and designing creative strategies to improve organizational effectiveness. Courses include Fundamentals of Executive Management, Human Resources Law, Conflict Resolution Through Negotiation and Organizational Behavior, among others.

Coursework is designed to complete on a full-time basis in 12 months or on a part-time basis at your own pace and is available 100% online. Working professionals who enroll part-time complete on average in 18-24 months. Courses run in six-week sessions with start dates in September, October, January, March, May and July. Instructors are full-time Lasell faculty and practitioners from the human resources industry.
