Venture and Innovation Management is a science-based degree for those who already have either a degree or extensive experience in the general principals of business management. It is for educated or experienced employees who have a strong desire to rethink their careers; it is for those who have a passion for either initiating a new business or implementing a new idea within an existing organization. Venture and Innovation Management is a science-based approach for those who already have either a degree or extensive experience in the general principals of business management. It is for educated or experienced employees who have a strong desire to rethink their careers; it is for those who have a passion for either initiating a new business or implementing a new idea within an existing organization. Students will learn the essentials of how to develop a new business model or take a leadership role in motivating improved performance in an existing business. Award of the certificate requires the successful completion of 12 credits with a grade of “B” or better each of the four courses.
