The Norwich University Master of Science in Nursing program will provide the knowledge and skills you need to succeed in leadership and educator positions in the contemporary health care environment. Our graduates are skilled in critical thinking, communication, leadership, and possess a solid foundation in business practices to manage both human and fiscal resources at a time when both are in short supply. The Nursing Educator concentration is designed for nurses who desire to function within the educational environment as a leader and change agent. Students will face challenges in the classroom such as student diversity, the wide variety of learning needs, changing student expectations, an explosion in educational technology, and the complexity of the clinical environment in which their students will practice.
