Master of Science in Nonprofit Management

Our Lady of the Lake University's School of Business and Leadership offers a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management designed for managers in both the private and public nonprofit sector. The program is offered completely online to meet the schedule of the busy professional.

The 36 credit-hour program provides maximum flexibility. Students take one six-hour credit course per trimester (three trimesters per year), and can complete the degree in six trimesters.

Each six-hour course covers a different thematic area:

  • Leadership and Management
  • Marketing
  • Finance and Accounting
  • Operations and Administration
  • Legal Issues
  • Strategic Management

Students in the program learn about the nonprofit industry while learning how to manage and lead a nonprofit entity with business acumen. Courses teach students how to handle finance, marketing, human resources, legal, leadership, and management responsibilities in order to achieve and succeed in nonprofit fields.
