Call center managers perform a broad range of duties. They coordinate and direct support services to organizations as diverse as insurance companies, computer manufacturers, and government offices. These supervisors are involved in the many services that allow organizations to operate efficiently, including telecommunications management and related customer service areas. With Rasmussen College's Associate of Applied Science in Business Management with an emphasis in Call Center Management, you will learn the necessary skills to become part of the growing field. In this program, you will discover successful methods to provide a high level of customer service; research, analyze and resolve costumer questions, requests and problems, as well as develop and communicate call center standards, processes, and policies. You will also be able to supervise inbound call/email agents, produce and analyze call center reports.
