Master of Business Administration (MBA)

The Leadership MBA offers a cutting edge curriculum that develops systems thinking – considered an essential evolution in management education. The curriculum reflects the fact that organizations are both goal-directed and people-inspired. Graduates learn how to integrate the qualitative (ethics, relationships, meaning and quality) with the quantitative (profit, costs, ROI and market share) to inform decisions and actions. Students will develop the analytical and critical thinking skills for sound judgment and effective problem solving as well as the development of communication and intra- and inter-personal skills, essential for fostering productive relationships. A facilitative approach to teaching engages students in an experiential learning approach focused on real-world problem solving. Courses are offered in 10-week online and 5-week online hybrid format.
