The Bachelor of Business Administration program with a Specialization in Real Estate provides students with the requisite knowledge, terminology, and analytical skills utilized within the commercial investment and corporate real estate industry, such as equity and debt financing, property and land development processes, and appraisal and valuation techniques. Upon completion of Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Real Estate, each student should be able to do a discounted cash flow analysis for commercial investment property; real estate development market and financial feasibility study for a commercial investment property; commercial real estate appraisal incorporating the cost, market, and income approaches to valuation; and a financing submission package to meet the requirements of a commercial real estate lender.

Though further certification or licensure may be required, this degree can help prepare you to be a real estate manager in the public or private sector, a real estate salesperson or broker, a community association manager, a real estate sales office manager or to manage your own portfolio of real estate.
