The Personal Financial Planning Certificate Program is registered with the Certified Financial Board of Standards, Inc. CFP Board is a certifying organization whose mission is to benefit the public by fostering professional standards in personal financial planning. This program is best suited for bankers, accountants, stockbrokers, attorneys, mid-career professionals in the finance industry who want to hone their skills and college graduates and other individuals who are considering a career in personal financial planning. Students gain the expertise required to deliver full-service financial guidance, hone their skills in all areas of financial planning and meet the educational requirements to sit for the Certified Financial PlannerT Certification Examination. A certificate is awarded upon completion of eight required courses and two elective courses.
