The (Ph.D./HEA) program prepares learners for scholarship,
practice and leadership in post-secondary educational environments. Learners cultivate a deep understanding of
the dual roles performed by contemporary leaders in higher
education: the traditional role associated with the operation
of complex organizations and the new role that requires the
