Master of Science in Global Leadership

The Master of Science in Global Leadership (MSGL) program seeks to educate students on the unique nature of doing business in the global market, and to inspire them to become successful business leaders and outstanding international citizens. The MSGL program strives to prepare students for positions of leadership and influence in an increasingly interdependent world by emphasizing the principles of ethical leadership, best business practices, and respect for cultural, political, and economic differences.
The MSGL program is comprised of a 16-month, 31-unit curriculum that focuses on developing leadership skills tailored to global business. The program emphasizes the importance of cultural sensitivity in the political and economic arenas and includes a two-course Certificate in Project Management. Graduates of the MSGL program are equipped with the technical business and leadership skills required for success in today's evolving global marketplace.
This program includes several opportunities available for overseas study, which in 2010 included Argentina, Spain, Morocco, and China.
