This program allows you to try the course before you buy it. If you don't like the course, simply stop taking it. Within minutes you can be reading the first chapter. All existing licensees (salesperson and broker - excluding first time salesperson renewal) must complete the full 45 hours of continuing education for license renewal. By law, from the date of course enrollment, the minimum amount of time required before course completion is 5 days.
