Imagine making a better future for children, and a brighter one for you, too. This comprehensive course shows you how to care for children in a home-based child care facility, play group or full service preschool. You'll learn about educational games; child growth, development and behavior; scheduling; age-appropriate activities; nutrition; nurturing; socialization and much more. The Child Care Career Course is comprised of 12 comprehensive lessons. They are easy to follow, yet challenging and stimulating at the same time. Each lesson begins with a subject matter preview and objectives, an introductory note from your instructor and a vocabulary builder of new words and terms.
