Master of Business Administration with a Concentration in Accounting

Offered By: Bellevue University

The Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree program is a 36-credit hour program focused on the tools and methods required to run a business. Whether you are an entrepreneur or a mid- to upper-level manager, you will find valuable techniques for building your business in this course of study. You do not need to have a bachelor's degree in business to apply for the MBA program. The program is open to anyone who has achieved satisfactory performance in any accredited undergraduate degree program. However, if you do not hold an undergraduate business degree, you will take a 9-credit hour foundation of introductory business concepts.

The Accounting Concentration allows you to explore a variety of advanced topics in the accounting field to complement the foundational core courses of the MBA. While not fully qualifying you to sit for the CPA exam, your faculty advisor will be available to ensure you complete the necessary requirements of your state's board of accountancy.
