DHA - Health Policy and Advocacy

Enrich your understanding of national and global health policies, practices, and perspectives, including evidence-based approaches to promoting positive health outcomes and advocating for constructive changes to health policy. The curriculum, developed around the National Center for Healthcare Leadership (NCHL) Competency Modelâ„¢, emphasizes practice-based research and collaborative experiences. The Health Policy and Advocacy specialization focuses on such topics as U.S. health policy, global health policy, and policy advocacy and analysis, in addition to core courses covering advanced health administration concepts and practices.
