Today's businesses need creative, highly educated marketing specialists who understand the ever-changing contemporary global economy. Successful marketers project consumer needs, translate those needs into products and services, and sell their products for a profit. CSU's BSBA with a concentration in marketing degree program provides the avenue for students to develop the knowledge, analytical skills, and creativity needed to excel in this exciting field. Graduates will successfully complete 121 credit hours. Major requirements include an Introduction to Business, Leadership, Principles of Marketing, Principles of Accounting, Human Resource Management, Business Law, Business Ethics, Business Math, Information Systems Management and Financial Management. A minimum of 4 elective courses must be completed for this concentration. Students may choose from Internet Marketing Principles, Consumer Behavior, Marketing Research, Advertising, Web Design & Development, Strategic Marketing and Direct Marketing.
