The Bachelor of Science in Professional Studies (BSPS) is an innovative undergraduate degree program that will prepare you to move into the professional ranks of an organization. This program is specifically designed to accomodate adults who want to earn their bachelor's degree while fulfilling life obligations and is comprised of a wide range of interactive, professionally-oriented course work.

Today's employees are faced with an ever-changing work environment where high quality, innovation and exceptional service are a necessity.  The concentration in Organizational Behavior focuses on effective human behavior in the work place in these dynamic times.  Emphasis is placed upon organizational culture, psychology, a multicultural workforce and efforts to foster a healthy work environment. A minimum of 120 credits is required for graduation. Courses are offered in an accelerated, 8-week format. Students can obtain a degree in four years (less with transfer credits). Those entering with an associate's degree or equivalent can earn their degree in about two years.
