Master of Science in Human Resources

The master of science in human resource management degree is designed for professionals who are looking to positively impact their organizations and careers. Students study the dynamics of effective human resource management and learn how to consider the perspectives of both employees and employers; the causes and effects of downsizing; the importance of upgrading skills; and how people react to change.
