The Master of Science in Management degree program provides a solid and competitive foundation in management and business operations. The management program emphasizes leadership skills and strategy formulation and implementation critical for success in today's global business environment. Course offerings include Fundamentals of Executive Management, Human Resources Management, Business Strategy, Change Management and Financial Management, among others.
Coursework is designed to complete on a full-time basis in 12 months or on a part-time basis at your own pace and is available 100% online. Working professionals who enroll part-time complete on average in 18-24 months. Courses run in six-week sessions with start dates in September, October, January, March, May and July. Instructors are full-time Lasell faculty and practitioners from industry. Lasell College is a private, independent coed institution 8 miles west of Boston, MA and has been educating students since 1851.
