Operations Management (OM) concerns itself with the management of materials, resources and information toward meeting specific internal and external customer requirements. The Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management provides you with a strong theoretical foundation coupled with a focus on applied problem-solving experiences. As with all of OIT's programs, the faculty has industry experience – and our faculty address issues related to productivity, management, quality control and team-based operations environments.

You will develop a mastery of concepts, tools and skills in management sciences and specialties. A main emphasis will be the development of your ability to significantly improve the productivity of quality-oriented environments. Additionally, you will learn skills for managing effectively in a team-based work environment.
