Ottawa University's Bachelor of Health Care Management degree promotes an understanding of the complex and continuously-evolving issues within an integrated health care system. You learn to analyze perspectives, methods and values associated with the delivery and financing of health services. Specifically designed to increase organizational insight and managerial ability, this major is designed for health care professionals who already possess technical/clinical degrees and certifications which can be applied toward the degree.

The Bachelor of Health Care Management degree offers two tracks. The Clinical Track will enable those who currently have a registry or license (i.e. radiologist, registered nurse, etc.) to transfer in course work and complete the core courses. The Non-Clinical Track is designed to assist individuals interested in health care management/administration who do not hold a clinical license or registry. Individuals who may be interested in administrative, management, sales, insurance, and reimbursement professions related to health care may find the Non-Clinical Track beneficial.
