Bachelor of Science in Organizational Studies

The Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Organizational Studies degree program provides a foundation in leadership, interpersonal relationships, diversity, organizational ethics and communications. The program focuses on the development of leadership skills, enabling graduates to become successful leaders in an ever-changing workplace and society. You'll study the dynamics of psychology, human behavior and human interactions in the workplace and learn to understand the intricacies of individual and group behaviors and their impact in the workplace. In your final semester, you'll complete a capstone seminar in which you'll apply everything you've learned in ethics, communication, leadership and interpersonal relations. As a final project, you'll present a major case study examining a real-world situation from all aspects of corporate life.
