Master of Science in Facility Management

Students will develop a diverse skill set needed to work in a management capacity in facilities. The program offers a broad knowledge base in business management, strategic planning, interior and architectural design, construction management, information technology, real estate and labor relations principles. The role of the facility manager is evolving to meet the changing demands of business and facilities security. RIT's Master of Science Facility Management program prepares graduates to oversee the design, operations, planning, and maintenance decommissioning of facilities.
Graduates will be able to intelligently communicate facility issues with corporate officers, customers, contractors, vendors, and employees.
