Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management

Designed to foster career and educational advancement, the Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management program provides working adults with knowledge and skills pertaining to management, organizational behavior, and human resources for the purpose of promoting managerial effectiveness and the enhancement of human performance in organizations. It is a flexible degree that builds upon prior learning and experience. In order to be admitted to the program, therefore, adults will typically be employed in a full-time position and will have substantial work experience involving supervision, program development, specialized training, considerable responsibility and/or independent judgment.

The cost for the Organizational Management Program is $530 per credit. College fees: 1-7 credits $13/credit, 8-11 credits $96/semester, 12 or more credits $125/semester. Technology fees: 1-7 credits $40/semester, 8-11 credits $75/semester. St. Joseph's College accepts up to 96 credit hours from accredited four-year collegiate institutions and up to 82 credit hours from accredited, community or junior colleges.
