In the Nonprofit Leadership and Management concentration you will build your knowledge of the history and types of nonprofit organizations. Learn how nonprofits operate, from finance and budgeting to volunteer and board management. Gain the skills required to work as a program leader, counselor, supervisor, consultant, volunteer, or board member in nonprofits, or to successfully interface with nonprofit organizations.

The Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision is not a licensure program and does not prepare an individual to become a licensed counseling professional. It is not accredited by the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP). However, the program was developed to be in line with national standards for counselor education. Since it is a new program, the university is not yet able to apply for CACREP accreditation. Students will be notified at such time if the program becomes accredited in the future.
